Product Introduction
The MINSLITE-EO series catalyst is specifically designed for the purification of ethylene oxide (EO) exhaust gas. It catalytically oxidizes EO at a relatively low temperature, converting it into carbon dioxide and water.
This product is widely used in the medical sterilization industry. After sterilization with ethylene oxide, the MINSLITE-EO catalyst purifies the tail gas to achieve pollution-free emission.
Product Features
-
MINSLITE-EO exhibits excellent mechanical strength, with an attrition strength greater than 95%, making it resistant to pulverization during use;
-
High specific surface area (BET multipoint method: 160-240 m²/g), with abundant micropores inside the catalyst that effectively adsorb EO and facilitate catalytic conversion;
-
MINSLITE-EO is heat-resistant and contains no flammable or volatile components. Safe to use, with no safety hazards;
-
The catalyst consists entirely of active components, offering a long replacement cycle with a normal service life exceeding two years;
-
Raw materials and production processes for the catalyst are fully independently controllable, ensuring stable supply.
Applications
-
Sterilization equipment using ethylene oxide as a sterilant – to purify residual EO;
-
Other scenarios requiring ethylene oxide abatement.

Questions You May Care About
-
How do I determine the specification and dosage of the catalyst?
According to your working conditions, we can select catalysts with appropriate specifications and calculate reasonable dosages.
-
How can I compare the cost of catalyst?
Catalysts are not consumable materials, and are generally calculated according to volume. It is necessary to calculate the comprehensive cost of catalysts based on important factors such as specific gravity, catalytic efficiency, and service life, and at the same time assess the technical and service capabilities of suppliers to prevent after-sales risks
-
What should I do if I don’t know how to use the catalyst?
We will design a reasonable process flow according to your working conditions, and provide you with one-stop services such as catalyst selection, test plan formulation, device design and manufacture, and on-site commissioning.
